  • Some items may require up to 22–25 days for delivery, especially custom or made-to-order pieces. This will be clearly noted on the product page when applicable.

2. Shipping Options

  • We offer standard shipping and in-store pickup from our flagship location in Ruwi, Muscat.
  • Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Important Shipping Conditions

4.1 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

  • Amtur is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

4.2 Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur during:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasons
  • Unexpected courier issues
    Shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package:

  • Amtur is not liable once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
  • Please contact the shipping provider directly.
  • Our team will assist in filing a claim if necessary.
